Terms of Service — GoNabdh

Terms governing use of the GoNabdh Website, Business platform, Members App, and related services.

Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of GoNabdh products, including the GoNabdh Website, GoNabdh Business, GoNabdh App (members), and related GoNabdh services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you use GoNabdh on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Platform roles

  • GoNabdh provides software and infrastructure for operators and members. - Operators (businesses) subscribe to GoNabdh Business to run their organizations and are responsible for their offerings, pricing, staff, customer relationships, and compliance in their industry. - Members / end customers book or interact with operators through branded portals and apps. Contracts for classes, memberships, appointments, and venue bookings are generally between the member and the operator—not with GoNabdh—unless we expressly say otherwise.

    • Accounts and eligibility

    You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your accounts. We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, non-payment, or Terms violations.

    Subscriptions and billing (operators)

    Platform plans, trials, renewals, taxes, and payment methods are described at checkout and on the pricing/billing surfaces. Fees for the GoNabdh platform subscription are charged by GoNabdh (or its payment partners). Member payments for an operator's products are collected according to that operator's configured payment setup and typically settle to the operator.

    Unless required by law or stated in our [Refund Policy](/refund), platform subscription fees are non-refundable once a paid period begins.

    Acceptable use

    You may not:

  • misuse the Services, probe or disrupt systems, or bypass security - upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content - use the Services to spam, harass, or violate others' rights - resell or white-label the platform except under a written agreement that permits it - misrepresent affiliation with GoNabdh

    • We may remove content or restrict features to protect the platform and users.

    Operator responsibilities

    Operators are responsible for:

  • lawful use in their jurisdiction and industry (including consumer, health, and advertising rules where applicable) - accuracy of schedules, prices, policies shown to members - obtaining consents needed to message customers - handling member disputes about their services, subject to our Refund Policy allocation of responsibilities

    • Intellectual property

    GoNabdh and its licensors own the Services, branding, and software. You retain rights to content you upload. You grant GoNabdh a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Services. Feedback may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

    Third-party services

    The Services may integrate payment gateways, messaging providers, maps, or app stores. Their terms and privacy notices also apply. GoNabdh is not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.

    Disclaimers

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

    Limitation of liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GONABDH AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO GONABDH FOR THE PLATFORM SUBSCRIPTION IN THAT PERIOD (OR USD 100 IF NONE).

    Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

    Indemnity

    You will defend and indemnify GoNabdh against claims arising from your content, your offerings to end customers, or your violation of these Terms or law.

    Suspension and termination

    You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, risk, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends; we may delete or retain data as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

    Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local law requires otherwise for consumers. Courts in Amman, Jordan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections. This clause is intended for launch operations and may be updated when a legal entity or regional entity is finalized.

    Changes

    We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance, except where consent is required by law.
