How GoNabdh collects, uses, and protects personal data across the Website, Business platform, Members App, and related services.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to GoNabdh products and services, including:

  • the GoNabdh Website (gonabdh.com) - GoNabdh Business (web console and mobile app) - GoNabdh App for members (web portal and mobile app) - related GoNabdh APIs, hubs, and platform services

    • Unless a product later publishes a separate policy, this document is the single privacy notice for the GoNabdh ecosystem. "GoNabdh", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the GoNabdh platform operator. "You" means a visitor, business operator, staff user, or member/end customer using our services.

    Who is responsible

    GoNabdh acts as a controller for platform account data, marketing-site contacts, and product analytics we operate. When a business ("operator") uses GoNabdh to serve its customers, that operator typically acts as an independent controller of its customer/member records; GoNabdh processes such data as a processor or service provider on the operator's instructions, except where we must process data to operate or secure the platform.

    Data we collect

    Depending on how you use GoNabdh, we may process:

  • Identity and contact data — name, email, phone, organization name, language preference - Account and authentication data — credentials, session tokens, security events - Business configuration — branches, schedules, catalog, staff roles, billing settings - Operational records — bookings, attendance, memberships, invoices, messages initiated through the platform - Payment metadata — amounts, status, last-four / wallet references as provided by payment processors (we do not store full card numbers on GoNabdh servers when processors tokenize payments) - Device and usage data — IP address, app/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, crash and performance logs, feature usage - Support communications — messages you send to support or via contact forms - Marketing preferences — opt-in/opt-out where applicable

    • How we use data

    We use personal data to:

  • provide, maintain, and secure GoNabdh products - create and manage accounts and organizations - process platform subscriptions and operator-configured customer payments - send transactional notices (receipts, booking confirmations, security alerts) - provide customer support and investigate abuse or fraud - improve product reliability, UX, and documentation - comply with law and enforce our Terms - send product or marketing communications where permitted and with controls to opt out

    Where GDPR or similar regimes apply, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement, B2B communications), consent (where required), and legal obligation.

    Sharing

    We may share data with:

  • Operators — when you are a member/customer of a business using GoNabdh, that business can access records needed to serve you - Service providers — hosting, email/SMS, analytics, error monitoring, and payment processors under contractual safeguards - Professional advisors and authorities — when required by law or to protect rights and safety - Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required

    • We do not sell personal data.

    International transfers

    GoNabdh may process data in regions where our infrastructure or providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

    Retention

    We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and security requirements. Operators control retention of many customer records in their tenants; platform logs and billing records may be retained longer as required.

    Your rights

    Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. Members should usually contact the business they deal with first for booking/membership data; platform-account and GoNabdh-operated data requests can be sent to [email protected].     Children

    GoNabdh Business and the marketing site are directed at organizations and adults. Member experiences may include family/dependent profiles configured by operators and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for platform marketing without appropriate adult authority. Operators are responsible for lawful collection practices for their members.

    Security

    We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to a multi-tenant SaaS platform (access control, encryption in transit, auditing). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
