Delete GoNabdh Member Account

How members request deletion\n\n1. Sign in to the GoNabdh Members app or portal.\n2. Open Profile → Privacy → Delete account.\n3. Review memberships, bookings, wallet, and reward points impact.\n4. Confirm with your password.\n5. Cancel anytime during the 14-day grace period.\n\n## Information removed\n\n- Profile and photos\n- Preferences and favorites\n- Saved card tokens\n- Sessions and push tokens\n- Loyalty points on the account\n\n## Membership & bookings\n\nActive memberships end with account closure. Upcoming bookings are cancelled where possible. Businesses you visited remain the controller for some operational records.\n\n## Payments\n\nCompleted orders, invoices, and payment records are retained (anonymized where required) for legal and accounting reasons.\n\n## Notifications\n\nPush and email notification preferences are removed with the account.\n\n## Support\n\nEmail [email protected].
